Client Rights & Complaints

Life Wellness Therapy is committed to providing ethical, professional, and respectful mental health services. Clients have the right to voice concerns and file complaints regarding services received.

If you have a concern, you are encouraged to discuss it directly with your therapist when appropriate.

If concerns cannot be resolved, you may file a complaint with the licensing authority:
